Dialogano con l’autore Daniela Montegiu, presidente CPO, e Franca Leo, componente CPO.
Il cuore pulsante dell’opera sono le testimonianze di donne, vittime e guerriere, che condividono le loro storie di figlie, mogli, compagne e madri, vissute all’ombra della violenza subita per mano di quell’uomo che aveva promesso di amarle e proteggerle.
Composto da “note alla lettura” curate da Francesca Brandi, Antonia Depalma, dall’avv. Benito Sposato e dall’avv. Vincenzo Piserchia e dalla postfazione a firma del consigliere regionale della Puglia, Donato Metallo, l’opera è completa di ogni informativa utile a prevenire e combattere il crimine della violenza e dello stalking grazie alla ricchezza ed accuratezza delle informazioni contenute, che fungono da vero e proprio supporto; di estrema utilità sono, a questo proposito, i contenuti relativi agli strumenti tecnici per la difesa dagli atti persecutori che ledono quei diritti inviolabili garantiti dalla Carta Costituzionale e dalle numerose disposizioni legislative internazionali.
